About The Job

  • Drive sales through superior customer service, creative selling, and extensive product knowledge.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Continuously learn and train on new furniture and technology improvements.
  • Ensure customers are informed of order changes & updates
  • Maximize customer engagement by prospecting and following up with potential customers.
  • Actively promote sales and finance offers to customers.

About You

  • Proven experience in commission furniture sales or related field (experience in a commission-based role is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Your drive helps you exceed performance goals and metrics.
  • You want to challenge yourself with our bonus pay in addition to your commission pay.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of different styles, materials, and trends.
