We're seeking an established Manufacturing Sales Executive to lead our efforts in driving new customer growth and expanding our footprint in the industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their manufacturing needs.
  • Present and promote our manufacturing, machining, tooling, and production solutions to prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets related to new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Network actively within industry events, trade shows, and online platforms to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track all activities in our CRM system [Pipedrive].
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Potential to oversee existing customers that have growth opportunities, partnering with Project Managers who oversee the day-to-day business.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in manufacturing, machining, tool & die, or production stamping sales.
  • Strong network within the manufacturing industry and experience developing new customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and persistent in pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to understand technical products and communicate their benefits effectively.
  • Must be comfortable with regular travel requirements.
  • Flexibility in occasional remote work can be offered once goals are consistently met. Until that time, the expectation is to be in the office when not traveling.
