  • Responsible for stocking of all products, as needed, during shift and at end of shift.
  • Operates cash register: takes money or other tenders from customers and counts back appropriate change. Counts money in register before and after each shift and properly records closing transactions.
  • Cleans and sanitizes working/ kitchen areas in outlets, both behind the line and in dining area.
  • Assures that tables are bussed and maintains dining area by returning tables and chairs to proper locations, as needed.
  • Assures that empty containers and rolling trash/cardboard dumpsters are taken to receiving dock, as needed. Monitors disposal of garbage and cardboard to respective dumpster at dock.
  • Prepares and serves food to customers.
  • Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Abides by laws, policies, and procedures pertaining to the service and sale of alcoholic beverages.
  • Sells non-food merchandise and maintains display.
  • Provides positive communication and uses Marquee Service skills with every patron and co-worker.
  • Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff.
  • Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Must be able to obtain an indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission Liquor License.
