Rojek Home Services is a top-rated independent home inspection company serving Will, Cook, DuPage, Kendall, Grundy, Kane, McHenry, and parts of Lake and Kankakee counties. We're growing and looking for a licensed, experienced Illinois home inspector who's ready to hit the ground running.

What We Need:
  • Active Illinois Home Inspector license - required, no exceptions
  • Minimum 100 completed paid inspections - include your count in your application
  • Professional, reliable, and responsive - clients and agents expect prompt communication
  • Your own vehicle and basic hand tools

You'll learn our Spectora-based reporting system quickly. If you're already licensed and experienced, you'll be running independently within weeks, not months.

Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough, professional home inspections using our Spectora-based reporting system
• Perform ancillary services, including radon testing, sewer scope, mold inspection, and WDO/pest inspection
• Generate detailed, professional inspection reports that meet client and agent expectations
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and real estate agents
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all inspections
• Build and manage your own book of business with established referral network support
• Deliver exceptional customer service that maintains our reputation for quality
Qualifications
• Active Illinois Home Inspector license (required, no exceptions)
• Minimum 100 completed paid inspections with a documented track record
• Professional, reliable, and responsive communication with clients and agents
• Own vehicle and basic hand tools for conducting inspections
• Ability to quickly learn and master our Spectora reporting system and templates
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough, quality inspections
