InGenesis is currently seeking a Clinic Manager to work with our client located in Artesia, New Mexico In this role, you willโ€ฆ

Position Summary

The Clinic Manager (CM) for the Artesia Training Delivery Point (TDP) is responsible for the overall onโ€‘site management, supervision, and coordination of medical services performed under this contract. The Clinic Manager serves as the Contractorโ€™s primary Point of Contact (POC) with the Government at the Artesia location and has authority to speak and act on behalf of clinic staff in matters related to contract performance.

This position ensures all services are delivered in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), applicable regulations, and Government directives.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: Contractor Program Management / Corporate Management
  • Acts as POC for: Government representatives at FLETC Artesia
  • Does Not Report to: Quality Control Manager (QC findings are independent)

Key Responsibilities

The Clinic Manager at Artesia shall:

  • Provide dayโ€‘toโ€‘day operational oversight of clinic staff and services at the Artesia TDP.
  • Supervise clinic personnel and coordinate staffing to ensure uninterrupted medical coverage.
  • Act as the Contractorโ€™s official liaison and primary POC with the CO, COR, and CMO at the Artesia location.
  • Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with:
    • PWS requirements
    • Applicable federal, state, and local regulations
    • Clinical standards of care
  • Coordinate with Contractor management to resolve operational issues affecting contract performance.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and directives issued by the Contractor and the Government.
  • Maintain awareness of Quality Control activities, while respecting the independence of the Quality Control Manager and QC personnel.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the Governmentโ€‘provided Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Communicate effectively with Government stakeholders regarding clinic operations, staffing, and performance.
  • Ensure clinic operations do not interfere with the FLETC Training Schedule.

Any limitations on the Clinic Managerโ€™s authority to bind clinic staff to contractual changes or adjustments shall be clearly stated in the Contractorโ€™s designation letter.

Qualifications and Experience

The Clinic Manager shall meet all of the following minimum qualifications:

Education

  • Graduate with a baccalaureate degreefrom an accredited health care program located in:
    • A U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory
  • Accreditation must be through one of the following:
    • Council for Higher Education Accreditation
    • U.S. Department of Education
    • Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)
    • Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)

Licensure / Certification

  • Possess current, full, active, and unrestricted licensure/certification applicable to the health care degree.
  • Any license restrictions shall be reported immediately to the employer and the CO/COR/CMO.
  • Health Care Administrators:
    • Do not require state licensure but mustpossess certification from:
      • Professional Association of Health Care Office Management
      • American College of Health Care Administrators
      • American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management
  • Physician Assistants:
    • Must have passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE) from ARCโ€‘PA (Military programs exempt).

Experience

  • Minimum five (5) years nursing or applicable clinical experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years supervisory or management experience.
  • Graduate degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant, Health Care Administration, or Medicine is preferred.

Skills

  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Ability to:
    • Communicate via email and Microsoft Teams
    • Use Microsoft Office
    • Use Governmentโ€‘provided EMR systems
    • Retrieve and submit reports to CO/COR/CMO
