Job description

Description:   

Nassau BOCES is currently seeking candidates for the following Classified Positions in the elementary and secondary schools: 

  • Classroom Aides  

  • Laborers   

  • Monitors  

  • Nurses  

  • Student Workers  

  • Teacher Aides 

Effective:   

  • Programs anticipated to run from July 1 - August 31, 2026 Subject to District Calendar 

  • Weekly schedules vary by district programs 

Requirements:   

  • All applicants must receive approval from the Nassau County Civil Service Commission 

  • Fingerprint clearance is required prior to employment
