  • Fresno, CA (On-site at our headquarters)

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-volume, relentless Commercial Lending Inside Sales Representative to join our team on-site at our Fresno headquarters. This is an in-office, 100% commission-only / Independent Contractor role focused entirely on heavy outbound phone prospecting, remote consulting, and digital closing. Working alongside a collaborative team in a high-energy environment, you will spend your day making high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners nationwide to identify funding needs, structure deals over the phone, and collect financial packages digitally. By pitching a diverse suite of products—including Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs), working capital loans, equipment finance, business lines of credit, and SBA loans—you will have the tools to fund almost any business you contact. [1, 2]

Compensation & Benefits

  • High Earning Potential: On-Target Earnings (OTE) are a minimum of $100,000, with top performers consistently making $250,000+.
  • Uncapped Commission: Earn high-percentage payouts on every closed deal with absolutely no limits on your total income.
  • National Territory: Ability to call and fund businesses across the country without geographic restrictions.
  • Dynamic Office Environment: Work directly out of our Fresno headquarters with immediate access to underwriting support and a high-energy sales floor.
  • Broad Funding Portfolio: Maximize your phone sales success by offering multiple financial products to fit any business profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Heavy Outbound Calling: Make 50–100+ outbound cold calls daily from our office headquarters to business owners to identify funding needs and pitch lending solutions.
  • Remote Consultations: Conduct thorough financial assessments with business owners over the phone to analyze cash flow and determine the best loan product.
  • Data Management (Salesforce): Track all leads, log communication records, update opportunity pipelines, and manage tasks daily within Salesforce CRM.
  • Digital Document Collection: Guide clients through the submission process to securely collect necessary financial documents (bank statements, tax returns) via email or portal.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain aggressive phone, text, and email follow-ups using Microsoft Outlook to push deals through the underwriting funnel to a close.
  • Relationship Management: Follow up with funded clients remotely to secure high-margin loan renewals, contract extensions, and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Inside Sales Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in high-volume outbound sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or phone-based B2B sales.
  • Commission Mindset: Proven success working in a 100% commission, independent contractor environment with a history of high financial drive.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating and updating Salesforce CRM to manage a large sales pipeline.
  • Software Knowledge: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically Outlook for high-volume email correspondence and Excel for tracking data.
  • Phone Stamina & Presence: Exceptional phone etiquette, clear vocal delivery, and the ability to maintain high energy over dozens of calls a day.
  • Closing Ability: Proven track record of building trust quickly and closing deals entirely over the phone or via digital channels.
  • Attendance: Reliability and dedication to work full-time on-site daily at our Fresno headquarters.
