About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Electrical Field Sales Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for meeting with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, assessing their electrical needs, presenting customized solutions, and closing sales.

You will work directly with homeowners to recommend electrical upgrades, safety improvements, panel replacements, EV charger installations, lighting solutions, surge protection systems, rewiring projects, and other residential electrical services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, building trust, and earning substantial income through performance-based compensation.




Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners at company-generated appointments.
  • Perform in-home consultations and evaluate customer needs.
  • Recommend electrical services and solutions tailored to each customer's goals and budget.
  • Prepare and present professional estimates.
  • Educate homeowners on electrical safety, code compliance, energy efficiency, and available options.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Handle objections and confidently close sales.
  • Follow up on open proposals and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes within company software.
  • Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and performance objectives.
  • Represent Mr. Electric professionally at all times.



Qualifications

  • 2+ years of in-home sales, home improvement sales, electrical sales, HVAC sales, plumbing sales, roofing sales, or related experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to close sales and exceed performance goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to use tablets, mobile applications, and CRM software.
