Job description

Job Purpose:  

Assist with the development, updates and maintenance of internal and external digital channels and content for the Commission, including website content, email communications, digital media assets and other digital support for the Marketing business unit. Coordinate day-to-day digital implementation, including content updates, customer alerts and routine data management to ensure timely, accurate and onbrand digital experiences.

Primary Functions:   

  • Maintain and update content across internal (intranet) and external websites; including routine content changes and digital asset updates.
  • Support marketing campaigns by ensuring web content, emails and digital media align with brand standards and user needs.
  • Assist in creating custom webpages, tools and widgets to support campaigns, initiatives, and business unit needs.
  • Build and schedule customer email communication, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment and adherence to best practices.
  • Support customer broadcast alerts (SMS, voice and email) by packaging and deploying communications as directed.
  • Maintain and support the customer email database, including routine data management and list updates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill digital requests and ensure proper functionality of digital channels.
  • Design a wide variety of digital media including e-newsletters, social media content, digital documents, digital forms, banners, and interactive elements.
  • Support web deployments by posting content and monitoring site activity under the direction of a supervisor.
  • Provide analytics support by updating dashboard data, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining usability.
  • Support urgent or high-priority digital communications during events such as storms or outages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
