Position Overview: 
 
We are currently seeking determined Commission Specialist who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.
 
In this role, you will play a key role in administering, calculating, and auditing commission programs to ensure accurate and timely compensation for sales and performance-based roles. This role partners with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to support commission plan execution, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with company policies and compensation programs.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Calculate and process commission payments based on approved compensation plans and performance metrics
  • Maintain and validate commission data, including sales results, KPIs, and performance targets
  • Audit commission calculations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  •  Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to interpret commission plans and ensure consistent application
  • Support monthly and biweekly commission cycles, including reporting and payout tracking
  • Analyze commission performance trends and provide insights to leadership
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding commission earnings, adjustments, and plan details
  • Assist in the development, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of commission plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, compensation structures, and audit requirements
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives for commission tracking
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3+ years of experience in commission administration, financial analysis, payroll, or sales operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting)
  • Experience working with commission systems, CRM platforms, or payroll tools preferred
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain compensation details clearly
