How You Will Make an Impact
As a Sales Manager, you will lead the in-spa sales team to consistently achieve daily sales goals. Your main focus is selling treatments and packages, upselling and cross-selling directly to clients after their treatments, and ensuring your team is aligned and motivated to hit their quotas. This role is high-energy, client-facing, and critical to the revenue success of each spa location.

What You Will Do

  • Drive sales of premium spa treatments and packages, focusing on upselling and cross-selling post-treatment

  • Align and support your sales team to achieve daily sales quotas

  • Engage with clients to ensure a professional, memorable experience that encourages repeat visits

  • Utilize the CRM system to track scheduled clients and maintain accurate records

  • Mentor, coach, and motivate your team to perform at their highest potential

  • Optionally travel to support other spa locations, with all travel expenses covered

Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with estheticians, nurses, and other sales team members to create seamless client experiences and maximize revenue potential.

  • Prior sales experience, from entry-level to experienced professionals (even 2 months of relevant experience qualifies)
