Job description

Supports the Sr. Commercialization Manager in the commercialization and execution of national and customer-specific programs across the seasonal businesses, including PAAS and Pumpkin Masters. Assists with cross-functional project coordination, product launches, customer requirements, and commercialization activities to ensure successful execution of seasonal programs.


Essential Duties:


  • Supports the commercialization, item setup, and execution of PAAS and Pumpkin Masters seasonal programs.
  • Supports the development and refinement of innovation programs across seasonal businesses.
  • Coordinates item quoting and sampling with overseas and domestic suppliers in partnership with the Procurement team.
  • Supports new item setup in SAP, partnering with the Master Data team to ensure accurate product creation and maintenance.
  • Reviews customer style guides and requirements, including case markings, carton specifications, and labeling requirements.
  • Develops and maintains customer specification sheets to support accurate manufacturing and shipment execution.
  • Coordinates packaging artwork requests and supports the review and approval process, partnering with the Creative team to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Coordinates required product testing with internal Regulatory teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensures accuracy of customer purchase orders and prepares direct import documentation for overseas suppliers.
  • Tracks project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure initiatives remain on schedule and within critical seasonal ship windows and retailer reset deadlines.
  • Maintains national and customer-specific project trackers for PAAS and Pumpkin Masters with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinates with Sales teams on open requests, approvals, samples, and deliverables to support project execution.
  • Supports the execution of national and customer-specific merchandising programs, including seasonal displays, shippers, sales materials, and product samples.
  • Assists with customer sales requests, product mock-ups, national price lists, and other sales support materials as needed.
  • Develop sales forecast spreadsheets for internal Procurement and Production teams.
  • Executes recurring commercialization, administrative, and marketing operations activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 1-year of project management experience preferred or related/comparable leadership role experience.
  • Experience in the CPG industry preferred. Familiarity with seasonal categories preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage discussions throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with and leading cross functional team preferred.
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, comfortable with some ambiguity.
  • Business acumen that can be leveraged in analysis and task management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
