We are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to provide comprehensive operational and marketing support to our San Diego Life Science. This is a full-time, in-office position based in San Diego. This multifaceted role encompasses transaction coordination from pursuit through closing, execution of integrated marketing strategies, and management of team operations to ensure optimal efficiency and client service delivery. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in leveraging technology and data to drive business results. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of deal execution and market positioning, requiring both meticulous attention to detail and strategic thinking to support brokers and advance our competitive market presence.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the team quarterback, facilitating coordination and communication among team members.
  • Manage and maintain the calendars of the San Diego team, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of all activities.
  • Coordinate tour operations and manage marketing space preparation to showcase properties effectively.
  • Organize and support the planning of West Coast Life Science Team events.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare proposals to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and manage tenant pursuit forms throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, specifically with team members to assist in various marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation of high-quality print brochures and tour books, including graphic edits.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain property listings across platforms (e.g., brochures, flyers, email campaigns, listing databases)
  • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare weekly marketing reports and analyze market statistics.
  • Manage marketing timelines and coordinate eblast campaigns to targeted audiences.
  • Coordinate Matterport scans and ensure property documentation is current and accessible.
  • Work closely with key stake holders to identify and accomplish key objectives on a weekly basis.
  • Utilize expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Cloud to create engaging presentations and documents.
  • Manage submarket aerials and high-level market information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates.
  • Work with key stakeholders to update and maintain competitive sets on a regular basis in order to best support market analysis.
  • Conduct CoStar follow-up and maintain database accuracy.
  • Process and track team expenses and vendor invoices efficiently.
  • Participate in organizing and conducting open houses/broker events.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflow processes and implement efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the real estate business, preferably in conjunction with knowledge gained from other fields (3+ years of existing experience in real estate).

Estimated compensation for this position:
85,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
