What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Commercial Sales professional, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Commercial Sales professional, you need strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of market dynamics, often supported by a degree in business or related fields. Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and product knowledge is typically required.
