About the Role

McDonald York is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from start to finish.

This role is responsible for managing budget, schedule, quality, and client relationships, while leading a project team that includes Superintendents and Project Engineers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall performance
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution
  • Oversee owner billings, cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Manage subcontractors, contracts, and change orders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and partners
  • Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
