Key Responsibilities
• Support commercial and sales operations activities, including quote management, order processing, and contract administration.
• Maintain pricing records and assist with pricing analysis and approvals.
• Prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and business analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy within CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor commercial KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory analysis.
• Support customer onboarding and contract renewal activities.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field.
