Kaufman Dolowich LLP is eager to welcome an accomplished Litigation Partner or Of Counsel who will confidently oversee a diverse caseload from start to finish and foster associate development. We seek a candidate with at least eight years of defense litigation experience in hospitality, premises or general liability, business/commercial litigation, or related insurance practice, coupled with proven leadership and supervisory abilities. The workload and clientele require fast-paced responsiveness and adaptability. Portable business is not required but welcomed. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule based in our Dallas office.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience handling all aspects of defense litigation matters in hospitality (hotels or managed properties preferable), premises or general liability, business/commercial litigation, or related insurance practice
  • Trial and arbitration experience
  • Experience in supervision and management of multiple attorneys
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Appearances in both Federal and State courts
  • JD from an ABA approved Law School
  • Admitted to practice in Texas
  • Must be available to attend meetings and court appearances in Texas
