Steel Mountain Fire & Safety is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technicians. We provide professional kitchen exhaust system cleaning services for restaurants and businesses throughout the Triangle and surrounding areas, helping keep commercial kitchens safe and compliant with fire codes.
What You'll Do

Working alongside an experienced team, you'll clean and service commercial kitchen exhaust systems, with schedules designed to accommodate our customers' operating hours.
This includes:
  • Cleaning kitchen exhaust hoods, ductwork, and exhaust fans
  • Removing grease buildup using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions
  • Working safely on ladders and rooftops when required
  • Following company safety procedures and industry standards
  • Maintaining a clean and professional work environment
  • Traveling to multiple restaurant locations each night
Schedule

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Required)
  • Overnight work while restaurants are closed
  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
  • Hours vary depending on scheduled jobs
