Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, pre-fabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, faade panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to the countrys largest selection of pre-fabricated countertops and vanity tops.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen Designer, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers using a consultative and attentive approach to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the process of realizing their dream kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Sales Achievement: Establish new accounts by visiting customers, actively participating in the sales process, and achieving individual sales targets. This includes following up on open quotes to successfully close sales.
  • Design Expertise: Utilize your 2020 Design or ProKitchen experience to engage kitchen customers, providing them with innovative designs, product options, and accurate quotes.
  • Product Knowledge: Assist customers not only in kitchen-related matters but also in adjacent departments and special orders. Enhance overall customer satisfaction and contribute to increased natural stone and tile sales.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of energy and professional appearance, representing our commitment to quality and excellence.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Design Software Proficiency: 1-2+ years of experience in 2020 Design or ProKitchen is REQUIRED.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent reading, communication, and math skills, coupled with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Construction Knowledge: Understanding of construction principles, ability to read blueprints and floor plans, contributing to accurate and effective design solutions.
  • Decision-making and Problem-solving: Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer needs.
  • Customer Acquisition: Proactively acquire new customers through a variety of methods, including cold calls and reactivating dormant accounts.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual a plus Spanish or Mandarin
