Job description

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Marketing Analyst to their Acentria team.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Analyst provides administrative and marketing support to the Commercial Lines team by assisting with the preparation, submission, and tracking of new and renewal business opportunities. This position works closely with Producers, Marketing Representatives, Account Managers, and carrier partners to help ensure submissions are complete, organized, and processed efficiently. The Marketing Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining agency workflows, supporting carrier relationships, and helping deliver exceptional service to clients and teammates.

Essential Functions:

  • Marketing Support

    • Assist with gathering underwriting information and preparing new and renewal submissions.
    • Review submission documentation for completeness and accuracy.
    • Submit applications and supporting documentation to insurance carriers and wholesalers.
    • Track marketing efforts and carrier responses within agency management systems.
    • Update agency management system throughout the marketing process including binding.
    • Create Invoices and Premium Finance Contracts
    • Request quotes, indications, and underwriting requirements from carrier partners.
    • Follow up with carriers regarding outstanding quotes, underwriting requests, and submission status.
    • Assist in comparing carrier proposals and organizing quote presentations.

    Administrative Support

    • Maintain accurate client and prospect data within the agency management system.
    • Update activities, attachments, and documentation in accordance with agency workflows.
    • Prepare and distribute marketing correspondence, applications, and supplemental forms.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating marketing discussions.
    • Monitor shared mailboxes and route requests appropriately.

    Carrier & Team Coordination

    • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with carrier representatives.
    • Coordinate with Producers and Account Managers regarding submission requirements and market feedback.
    • Support marketing personnel in obtaining competitive terms and coverage options.
    • Assist with carrier appointment documentation and market research projects.

    Renewal & New Business Support

    • Prepare pre-renewal information and renewal marketing packages.
    • Assist with loss runs, exposure data collection, and underwriting updates.
    • Track renewal timelines and help ensure marketing deadlines are met.
    • Support new business acquisition efforts through data gathering and proposal preparation.

    Quality & Compliance

    • Adhere to agency procedures, workflows, and documentation standards.
    • Ensure client information is handled confidentially and in compliance with agency requirements.
    • Maintain organized electronic files and documentation.
    • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Competencies & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Florida 2-20 License or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems.
