Overview
We are looking for a driven and analytically minded FP&A & Commercial Finance Analyst to join our finance team. Reporting to theHead of Finance, you will play a key role in financial planning, performance reporting, commercial decision support, and the automation of finance processes across our manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional early in their career who is eager to grow within a dynamic industrial environment.

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
- Design, build, and maintain management dashboards and reporting packs that deliver clear performance insights to senior stakeholders.
- Identify and lead automation opportunities across financeworkflows, includingreporting, data extraction, and reconciliation tasks,using tools such as Power Query, Power Automate, or Python
- Partner with the sales and commercial teams to support pricing decisions, deal structuring, customer profitability analysis, and revenue forecasting.
- Provide analytical support for new business opportunities, contract renewals, and key account reviews, translating financial data into commercial recommendations.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP to support month-endclosing, variance reporting, and ad hoc business requests.
- Analyze manufacturing cost drivers,including material, labor, and overhead,and communicate findings clearly to non-finance audiences.
- Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, capex requests, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in month-end close activities including accruals, reforecasting, and commentary preparation.
- Supportadhoc financial analysis and special projects as directed by theHead of Finance.
What You Will Bring!
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3-6years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a similar analytical role
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO modules preferred); ability to run queries and extract data independently.
- Proficiency in dashboard and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query; experience with automation tools or scripting a plus.
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments preferred.
- Part-qualified CPA, CMA, or CIMA is an advantage, though not required.
