Director of Commercial Plumbing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Plumbing Director to lead commercial plumbing operations in the Northwest region. This confidential leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in large-scale commercial plumbing projects, exceptional operational oversight, and a proven track record of managing teams and budgets effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for all commercial plumbing operations across multiple projects in the Northwest region.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and quality assurance for large-scale plumbing installations.
  • Manage and mentor plumbing project managers, supervisors, and field teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on business development, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize productivity, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a technical expert and escalation point for complex plumbing challenges.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors while upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.


Qualifications:
