Job description

Skillforce is currently hiring Construction Laborers for ongoing commercial project in Winchester, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare construction sites, remove debris and hazards
  • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment around the jobsite
  • Dig, backfill, and perform basic site grading as directed
  • Build, take down, or move basic temporary structures and barricades
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely
  • Assist other trades with general labor tasks

Qualification:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • At least 1-2 years of commercial construction experience
  • Reliable, on time, and able to follow directions
  • Reliable transportation
  • Own basic PPE and work boots
