MUECKE is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to support residential and commercial construction projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping a job site organized, and is ready to contribute wherever needed.

The right candidate will arrive on time every day, communicate well with the job foreman, stay productive throughout the workday, and take initiative without needing constant direction.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with job site preparation and cleanup
  • Load, unload, lift, carry, and move construction materials
  • Support carpenters, supervisors, and skilled tradespeople
  • Help with demolition, material staging, and project setup
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Proactively identify cleanup and organization tasks
  • Return to the job foreman whenever assigned work is complete and ask what should be done next
  • Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely when directed
  • Follow company procedures and job site safety requirements
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members by text message when needed
