Your team will set the standard for rigor, speed, and insight across the capture lifecycle-modernizing processes, scaling best practices, and embedding AI-enabled decision-making into every pursuit.
Key Responsibilities
Capture Operations Leadership
Own capture process and architecture: Win Plan, Gate Reviews, and command media-streamlined, scalable, and enforced
Support priority captures - Capture Manager (CM) and Deputy CM roles; leading major capture milestones Black Hat through Red Team
Drive capture rigor: business cases, strategy reviews, and executable win strategies
Represent Space in 1LM enterprise capture initiatives; pilot and scale best practices
Work across Business Areas developing capture standards and
Capture Talent Center Leadership
Build and sustain a high-performing capture talent pipeline
Own capture training strategy, budget, curriculum, and delivery across Space
Lead capture manager assessments; align talent to opportunity and accelerate development
Cultivate community: Community of Practice, communications (e.g., Capture Comet newsletter), and engagement
Maintain modern, on-demand training platforms and resources
Lead various Community and University outreach programs, including interfacing directly with students and instructors
