Job Summary

The Lead Analyst of Digital Analytics is responsible for driving the strategy, measurement, and performance optimization of Comcast Business’s digital ecosystem. This role translates complex behavioral, campaign, and customer data into actionable insights that directly impact revenue growth, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness. Operating at the intersection of marketing, digital product, and data, this role ensures that analytics is tightly aligned to business outcomes—connecting digital engagement, funnel performance, and customer experience to measurable impact.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Analytics Strategy & Measurement

  • Define and lead the digital analytics initiatives aligned to marketing, CX, and revenue growth objectives
  • Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution approaches across web, campaigns, and digital journeys
  • Ensure consistency in metrics, taxonomy, and reporting standards across teams

2. Insights & Business Impact

  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and executive-level narratives
  • Identify performance drivers across the funnel (traffic → engagement → conversion → retention)
  • Quantify business impact and develop recommendations to optimize marketing investment and digital experience

3. Funnel & Customer Journey Analytics

  • Analyze end-to-end customer journeys across digital and offline touchpoints
  • Identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to prioritize high-impact optimizations

4. Campaign & Cross-Channel Performance

  • Measure effectiveness of digital campaigns across channels (web, email, media, etc.)
  • Support attribution, segmentation, and audience performance analysis
  • Enable a unified view of campaign performance and marketing ROI

5. Analytics Implementation & Data Quality

  • Oversee analytics tagging, tracking, and data collection strategies (e.g., Adobe Analytics, CDP, etc.)
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate instrumentation and data integrity
  • Drive best practices for data governance, QA, and reporting consistency

6. Reporting & Executive Communication

  • Deliver recurring reporting and performance updates to senior leadership
  • Build dashboards and scorecards that provide clear visibility into digital performance
  • Tell compelling data-driven stories that influence strategic decisions

7. Experimentation & Optimization

  • Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies to improve digital performance
  • Leverage behavioral data, Voice of Customer insights, and analytics to inform test design and prioritization
  • Drive continuous optimization across the digital experience

8. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, CX, IT, and Finance teams
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on digital performance and measurement
  • Lead and mentor analysts, fostering a high-performing, insight-driven team culture
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Present analytical findings through narrative-driven reports and visualizations to executives
  • Collaborate with IT and data science teams to enhance data warehousing and business intelligence platforms
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
