Job Summary

*** U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret clearance preferred.*** Comcast Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Partner to lead strategic growth across the DoD 4th Estate. This role is responsible for driving revenue, expanding mission alignment, and advancing technology adoption across key defense agencies including DISA, DTSA, DCSA, National Guard Bureau (NGB), MDA, DSCA, DTRA, DARPA, and DHA. The Senior Client Partner will own a defined 4th Estate account portfolio and is accountable for developing and executing growth strategies, building senior-level relationships, and closing complex, multi-year technology and network opportunities. This individual will operate across mission, acquisition, and technical communities to align Comcast capabilities to DoD priorities in cyber, transport, secure connectivity, and enterprise IT modernization. This role requires a highly experienced federal sales professional with deep knowledge of DoD procurement, strong relationships within 4th Estate agencies, and the ability to shape and influence large-scale opportunities in a highly matrixed environment.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities 
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle across assigned 4th Estate agencies including opportunity identification, capture, solution development, and contract closure. 

  • Own and grow a defined 4th Estate territory including DISA, DTSA, DCSA, NGB, MDA, DSCA, DTRA, DARPA, and DHA. 

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to agency missions such as cyber operations, global transport, missile defense, intelligence support, health systems, and R&D innovation. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with program offices, acquisition teams, and mission stakeholders across each agency portfolio. 

  • Identify, shape, and close complex technology opportunities in connectivity, managed services, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT. 

  • Deliver executive-level briefings to government and industry stakeholders to position Comcast as a mission partner. 

  • Collaborate with internal engineering, product, government affairs, and proposal teams to align solutions with customer requirements. 

  • Maintain a strong understanding of federal acquisition pathways including FAR/DFARS, OTAs, IDIQs, GWACs, and agency-specific vehicles. 

  • Drive pipeline development and forecasting discipline across all assigned accounts. 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on 4th Estate organizations and contribute to overall federal sales strategy. 

Qualifications 

  • U.S. Citizenship required. 

  • Active Secret clearance preferred; ability to obtain and maintain clearance required. 

  • Demonstrated relationships across one or more DoD 4th Estate agencies (DISA, DARPA, DHA, DTRA, MDA, etc.). 

  • 8–10+ years of experience selling into the DoD, ideally within telecom, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity. 

  • Proven ability to develop and close complex, multi-million-dollar opportunities in federal environments. 

  • Strong understanding of 4th Estate mission sets, funding profiles, and acquisition processes. 

  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations and influencing senior-level decision makers. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. 

  • Ability to operate independently while aligning to broader team objectives.
