Job Summary

The Sr. Manager of Enterprise Offers role on the National Offers Team is responsible for overseeing Enterprise offers, pricing alignment, competitive offer positioning, and advanced solution promotions. Their job will be to support end to end Enterprise offer lifecycle management, strategic growth offer planning, and partnering closely with finance, product, and sales leadership. The Sr. Manager of Enterprise Offers will work cross-functionally to assess needs, size opportunities, develop strategies, and coordinate execution of programs that ultimately deliver subscriber and unit growth, and increase customer retention.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Enterprise pricing and offer strategy, from concept through modeling, refinement, launch, and optimization.
  • Partner on offer performance analytics, reporting out on usage, unit and revenue impact, profitability, and competitive insights.
  • Serve as the primary interface with finance on all Enterprise pricing models, forecasting, and viability assessments.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product, and offer operations to ensure seamless execution in Enterprise channels.
  • Monitor competitive trends and recommend offer enhancements to maintain market advantage.
  • Support offer execution, ensuring all details are captured and correctly handed off to operations, CRM, finance, and communications.
  • Support offer GTM Enterprise offer launches with clear documentation, offer details, and performance followups.
  • Proactively track sales trends, analyze results, and draw conclusions about performance to recommend improvements to pricing strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze multiple variables such as customer segmentation, geographic diversity, diverse sales channels, market trends, competitive intelligence and systems capabilities when developing targeted strategies.
  • Translate data and trends into opportunity identification and build an executive ready storyboard.
  • Steward business case development and then translate strategies and approved business cases into systems requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment, to ensure offer strategies are aligned with tools and system roadmaps, compensation plans, and business priorities.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $109,648.38 - $180,919.83Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
