Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Level Program Manager to manage multiple cybersecurity program deliverables in support of enterprise-wide security improvements.  This role will focus on both technical coordination and operational execution, partnering across functional teams to drive planning, execution, adoption and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience leading complex cybersecurity, technology, or operational programs and brings exemplary planning and time management skills, strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities, and the ability to effectively connect and align diverse stakeholders.  They are proactive and responsive, skilled at identifying risks, dependencies, and decision points, and able to develop practical solutions under tight deadlines.  This individual should bring strong program leadership, technical fluency, operational change management experience, executive level communication skills, and the ability to influence teams while operating effectively with limited oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day to day program management activities for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring technical and operational workstreams remain aligned
  • Drive execution across multiple cybersecurity programs and security functions to achieve enterprise-wide security improvement objectives, adoption, and process maturity
  • Develop and maintain program plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive level status reporting
  • Serve as the execution lead responsible for connecting cybersecurity strategy to tactical delivery, defining ownership, and ensuring teams understand technical dependencies, operational changes, and adoption expectations
  • Lead organizational and operational change management activities to support adoption of cybersecurity processes, workflows, governance routines, tools, and reporting models
  • Manage program lifecycle activities from initial scope definition and stakeholder alignment through execution, operational readiness and adoption
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and decision making forums to remove blockers and accelerate delivery
  • Define program objectives, milestones, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms aligned to operational goals
  • Proactively identify technical risks, operational dependencies, resource constraints, and decision points that may impact delivery
  • Develop mitigation plans and escalate issues with clear recommendations
  • Partner with cybersecurity leadership, engineering, operations, product, and business stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain alignment throughout the program lifecycle
  • Track actions, deliverables, and accountability across multiple workstreams
  • Prepare executive communications, presentations, and program updates for leadership review
  • Continuously assess program processes and implement best practices to improve consistency, accountability, and delivery effectiveness
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of program management experience with a proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream programs across the full lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, adoption, and operationalization
  • Strong ability to coordinate and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations and leadership levels
  • Proven track record managing large scale programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
  • Experience establishing program KPIs, tracking performance against measurable outcomes, and using data to support decision making and prioritization
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, drive accountability, and guide cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • In depth knowledge of program management methodologies, delivery best practices, project documentation, and status reporting standards
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines

Desired Characteristics:

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity functions such as Cyber Defense Operations, Engineering, Identity & Access Management, Assurance, Governance, Risk, Compliance, vulnerability management, and attack surface management
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, PowerPoint, Power BI and other project management and reporting tools
  • Experience developing operational readiness, adoption, governance, and change management frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, including executive leadership, through effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to understand technical cybersecurity concepts and translate them into clear business, operational, and adoption outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across a matrixed organization
