We provide skilled nursing and home health services that empower clients to live safely and independently in their homes. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments.
  • Develop and update individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and aides.
  • Ensure compliance with COMAR and agency standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland RN license.
  • 1+ year of nursing experience (home health preferred).
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
