Compensation for this position will be determined based on a combination of factors, including education, professional certifications, relevant experience, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.

Role Overview

The Production Operator supports manufacturing operations by operating process equipment, producing and packaging products, and maintaining safe and efficient workflows. This role ensures production activities meet operational, quality, and safety standards. The position requires hands-on involvement in daily plant operations and close attention to process conditions and documentation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor assigned production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety requirements.
  • Adjust operating conditions within approved limits to maintain performance and product quality standards.
  • Obtain, record, and document processing data and production results as required.
  • Perform product handling, packaging, sampling, and general labor tasks to support production activities.
  • Identify, address, and report safety hazards, equipment issues, or process deviations.

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written batch sheets, procedures, and work instructions.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including a full-face respirator.
  • Capability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude to assist with equipment cleaning and teardown.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating industrial or chemical process equipment.
  • Forklift or pallet jack operation experience.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices and hazard awareness.
  • Experience participating in team-based or continuous improvement activities.
