Personal Assistant / Arts Administration Assistant

About Artistic Voices

Artistic Voices is a nonprofit organization dedicated to healing, education, and community building through classical music. We curate multiple concert series, including Healing Concerts, Black Tie Series, Community Concerts, and Free Healing Concerts for children, seniors, and individuals with mental and physical health challenges. We also support classically trained students by helping them build professional portfolios and early careers.

Position Overview

Artistic Voices is seeking a Personal Assistant / Arts Administration Assistant to support daily organizational tasks, concert planning, and community outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for students or emerging professionals interested in arts administration, nonprofit management, music, communications, or event planning.

This role can be structured as:

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling, emails, and basic correspondence
