Job Summary

Play Bliss is seeking a creative, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Event Decorator, Party Coordinator, and Host. This is a multi-functional, hands-on role responsible for executing beautifully themed parties, coordinating events, hosting guests, and assisting with party bookings.

This position is ideal for someone who is artistic, enjoys working with children, and is comfortable interacting with parents to help drive bookings and enhance the overall customer experience. Must be able to work Weekends

General Accountabilities

  • Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts and events
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the facility at all times
  • Follow Play Bliss standards for customer service, professionalism, and communication
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide excellent customer service to both parents and children at all times
  • Assist with setup, breakdown, and reset of party areas and general play areas
  • Follow all safety guidelines and ensure children are playing in a safe environment
  • Actively promote Play Bliss services, including parties, play passes, and memberships
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain a positive attitude and represent Play Bliss in a professional manner

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event decoration, party hosting, or customer service preferred
  • Ability to create balloon arrangements, arches, and themed setups is a plus
  • Strong eye for color coordination and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interacting with children and families
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales mindset with ability to promote and explain services (parties, memberships, play passes)
