Job Summary:
H&K Chevrolet of New Haven Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Consultant to join our team in New Haven, Indiana. This is a full-time, base plus commission sales position in the fast-paced auto industry. As a Sales Consultant, you will work independently to build and maintain relationships with customers, promote and sell our vehicles, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cars, outgoing, and driven to succeed.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Sales Consultant position at H&K Chevrolet of New Haven Inc. offers a competitive compensation package with a potential of $60,000 to $100,000 per year. In addition, we offer a commission structure that rewards top performers. We also provide benefits such as company vehicle, health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid vacation time.

H&K Chevrolet is unlike any other Car Dealership!  This is a family friendly first environment.  We work and succeed to live, not live to work!  All major holidays off: (Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Memorial, Labor, etc.).  We are closed on ALL Sundays.  Our sales hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..  Scheduled day off weekly. • Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and targets
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and industry trends
• Accurately maintain customer data and sales records
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
