Collision Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
Haldeman Ford โ€“ Hamilton, NJ

Haldeman Ford is seeking a professional, customer-focused Collision Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing collision center team. We are a high-volume, process-driven dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and quality repairs.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits, working in a fast-paced dealership environment.


Position Overview

The Collision CSR serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple repair files while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

  • Schedule collision repair appointments and manage repair calendar

  • Open and maintain accurate repair orders in CCC One

  • Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies

  • Provide proactive status updates to customers throughout the repair process

  • Assist with insurance documentation and claim communication

  • Review final invoices with customers and ensure smooth vehicle delivery

  • Maintain organized customer files and follow dealership compliance standards

  • Support CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) goals and retention efforts


Qualifications
  • Prior collision center or automotive dealership experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
