Job description

Dental Practice Manager – Shores Dental Center

Shores Dental Center is seeking an experienced, motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the business operations of our growing, fee-for-service dental practice in Augusta, Georgia.

We are looking for a positive, organized leader who is passionate about exceptional patient care, team development, and creating an outstanding patient experience. This position works closely with Dr. Tanya Shores to oversee daily operations, support the administrative team, present treatment plans, coordinate financial arrangements, manage insurance processes, and help drive the continued growth of the practice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting the front office team

  • Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements

  • Coordinating patient scheduling for maximum efficiency

  • Managing insurance claims and accounts receivable

  • Monitoring production, collections, and key practice metrics

  • Maintaining exceptional customer service and patient relationships

  • Assisting with staff development and office systems

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning

  • Experience with Dentrix preferred

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
