Job description

Title: Credit and Collection Analyst

Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration: 12 Months, Possible Extension and Conversion

Location: Johnston, IA 50131

Shift: 1st Shift, Schedule between 6:55 AM and 6:05 PM

Job Duties:

  • Perform credit and collection activities for customer accounts
  • Handle telephone collections, account authorization and account management
  • Review payment history and account status
  • Evaluate customer financial information
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers
  • Resolve misapplied cash issues
  • Support delinquent customers and identify account issues
  • Maintain low delinquency levels
  • Refer complex or problem accounts to supervisors
  • Build and maintain customer and dealer relationships
  • Follow company policies and federal and state regulations

Important: Extensive collections experience is not preferred. The company is looking for candidates who are willing to learn their unique collection process.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Recent college graduates or high school graduates are encouraged to apply
