R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a Pre-Clerk to work in our Reno, NV Service Center. Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Other duties may apply as requested by management.

 Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
  • Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
  • Dependable and well-organized
  • Must be computer literate
  • Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge or Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast pace environment

  • Freight logistics experience
