What You’ll Do

  • Support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance
  • Lead daily operations across sales, account retention, and service
  • Coach and hold team members accountable to expectations
  • Review reports and act on opportunities to improve results
  • Oversee customer accounts and follow up on past-due balances
  • Guide team on retention and collection strategies
  • Review payment histories and support action plans
  • Ensure accurate documentation of interactions and payments
  • Coordinate field visits and delivery schedules
  • Maintain store standards (inventory, merchandising, cleanliness)
  • Step in to lead the store when needed

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a small team (1–3 employees)
  • Assign tasks, provide coaching, and follow up on results
  • Train team members on sales, service, and retention best practices


Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Retail, collections, or customer service background preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and performance expectations
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (assistance for heavier items)

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek

Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed
