The Property Data Collection Specialist at Bees360 is responsible for operating an unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) and mobile technology to capture high-quality property data for major insurance carriers. This role combines fieldwork, technology, and customer interaction, requiring strong attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism.

Bees360 offers a performance-driven compensation model that provides income stability through a guaranteed base while allowing Specialists to significantly increase earnings through productivity and efficiency.

Compensation Overview:

Guaranteed Base Pay: $2,400 per month

Production Pay: $11 per completed credit

Monthly Productivity Bonus (Incremental):

161–180 credits → +$4 per credit

181–200 credits → +$6 per credit

201+ credits → +$10 per credit

Example Earnings:

A Specialist completing 220 credits in a month could earn:

Base Pay: $2,400

Production Pay: $2,420

Bonus: $400

Total: $5,220/month (~$62,000+ annually)

Job Description (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Perform image and data collection using drones and mobile devices (Android/iOS)
  • Conduct preflight and postflight drone operations, including airspace coordination
  • Operate drones safely in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
  • Capture highquality images from multiple angles for accurate property analysis
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges including signal interference, battery issues, and calibration
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper storage
  • Perform quality checks to meet client requirements
  • Communicate with insureds to explain inspection processes
  • Collaborate with managers on scheduling, routing, and performance expectations
  • Utilize Bees360 platforms for scheduling, reporting, and workflow management
  • Maintain assigned territory and travel as required
  • Report incidents promptly to management
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver a positive customer experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Required Equipment
  • FAAcompliant drone (DJI preferred; approved list provided upon request)
  • Smartphone or tablet capable of supporting inspection applications
  • Reliable vehicle with valid insurance
  • Equipment capable of supporting an 8+ hour daily workload
