Summary of the position:

The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives for Rockefeller Center, one of New York City's most iconic destinations and a dynamic hub for culture, commerce, retail, dining, and events.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn - with a strong interest in both B2B marketing and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

General Marketing & Asset Support

  • Execute marketing plans and initiatives, ensuring projects align with business and creative goals.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, design teams, and agencies to track timelines, deliverables, and approvals.

  • Compile market research, audience insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing planning.

  • Support the organization and production of assets across all marketing channels.

  • Maintain shared calendars, trackers, and project documentation to ensure team alignment and on-time execution.

Leasing, Partnerships, and Marketing Operations

  • Support marketing efforts that enhance leasing and partnership initiatives, including preparation of collateral, presentations (Powerpoint and Canva decks), event design and coordination, and reports.

  • Coordinate internal communications between marketing, leasing, partnerships, and operations teams.

  • Track marketing deliverables tied to partnership agreements, sponsorships, and tenant activations.

  • Collect and organize materials for business meetings and leadership presentations.

Content Management & Production

  • Assist with development and updates of marketing collateral, signage, and presentation decks in coordination with design teams.

  • Manage asset organization and ensure proper use of brand guidelines across materials.

  • Support photography and video production logistics, including scheduling, asset collection, and file management.

  • Maintain an updated library of visuals, creative assets, and project documentation.

  • Manage digital wayfinding system by maintaining accurate and timely content updates.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Collect campaign metrics and compile data for marketing reports and recaps.

  • Support preparation of quarterly and annual business summaries connecting marketing activities to brand and leasing objectives.

  • Maintain dashboards or tracking documents summarizing campaign outcomes, KPIs, and learnings.

Project Management & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables.

  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed notes to ensure follow-up on action items.

  • Process invoices and manage budget tracking and quarterly reforecasts.

  • Serve as point of contact for vendors and partners regarding scheduling and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or communications - preferably within real estate or luxury brand.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, digital, and operational teams.

  • Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

  • Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The base compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer's New York team, as we've considered factors specific to this geography.
