Job Summary:
The Transaction & Team Administration Coordinator would serve the Destino Industrial Team of 4+ individuals by overseeing various aspects of the operation and deal management. A wide variety of responsibilities are involved, including but not limited to, coordinating projects within the team; administrative transactional management; marketing material delivery and social media promotion; attending meetings, take notes and implement follow up tasks; draft proposals, documents and emails; invoice preparation; research data collection and management; scheduling meetings with influencers; and even some front-end communication and interaction with clients and other agents.
