Business Development - Home Care Sales- Benefits

  • Compensation: $24/hr - $29hr (Negotiable)
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Location: On-site
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am-5 pm

Business Development - Home Care Sales - Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED required (associate or bachelor’s preferred).
  • At least 2+ years of healthcare experience.
  • Must have strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and professionalism.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners while actively conducting in-person meetings, presentations, and networking.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive referrals and revenue, while using CRM tools to track performance and outcome
