Job description

Dual-Trained Pediatric Dental Assistant and Front office when needed

Brand New Private Pediatric Dental Practice

Private pediatric dental office seeking an experienced Dual-Trained Pediatric Dental Assistant to support both administrative and clinical operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist chairside during pediatric procedures
  • Taking digital X-rays and assisting with charting
  • Sterilization, changing rooms, and maintaining HIPPA
  • Insurance verification, claims, and payment collection
  • Support scheduling and patient check-in/out when needed
  • Insurance verification, claims, and payment collection when needed

Requirements:

  • Dental experience in both front and back office (required)
  • Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, etc.)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

Preferred:

  • RDA certification
  • Bilingual

Schedule: Full-time

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
