Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This is a true entry-level role designed for someone eager to launch their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate logistics for new hires (preparing welcome packages, setting up IT requests) and assist with the collection of required employment paperwork.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update digital employee files in our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring strict accuracy and compliance.
  • Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, correspond with candidates, and help post open job requisitions to various job boards.
  • Employee Inquiries: Act as a first point of contact for routine employee questions regarding company policies, holiday calendars, and basic HR procedures.
  • General Administration: Assist with company-wide event planning, draft internal announcements, and manage basic clerical tasks for the HR leadership team.
