Job description

The primary purpose of this position is to perform analysis of various marketing programs and databases to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of targeted traditional, digital and website campaigns. This is accomplished by analyzing data collected through the business intelligence cloud platform to track performance, engagement, identify new members, and pinpoint opportunities to increase products and services. Other duties include performance measurement, forecasting, trending, and data extraction. Responsible for creating and maintaining product marketing to include, but not limited to: website, email marketing, digital marketing, and online banking marketing. This position also oversees brand guidelines and digital experience. This position works closely with the electronic services, technology, compliance departments, as well as the marketing organization to ensure proper and consistent tracking and reporting of all campaigns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SUPPORTING DUTIES:

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies for specific target audiences and evaluate the effectiveness of these campaigns.
  • Report the performance of marketing efforts across multiple channels, including but not limited to direct mail, email, website traffic, social media, search engine marketing, and display/video advertising through marketing models, funnels, customer journey maps, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Oversee compliance requirements and disclosures for all traditional and digital channels.
  • Develop and execute email marketing trigger campaign strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date information on products, services, rates, promotions, and articles for the website.
  • Work with IT and Member Experience to create data connections and reporting through Trellence, Snowflake and Salesforce.
  • Ensure consistency of branding, interface aspects, and experience across all member-facing digital platforms such as Online and Mobile Banking, as well as corporate communication collateral.
  • Monitor and organize initiatives and tasks using Marketing's project management
  • Research, suggest, and implement digital process/workflow solutions for Marketing, product campaigns, and organizational information collection needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Required Education: 4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in business, marketing, finance or other related fields. 

Required Experience: 5-8 years of work experience in data analytics within marketing, business, finance, or a related field. Experience with leading cloud-based business intelligence (BI) platforms such as Domo, Looker, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot.

Preferred Experience: Familiarity with WordPress and web/design tools and technologies such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.

  • Experience using Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and project management software. 

Required Knowledge: Identifying revenue opportunities and acquisition strategies, understanding product performance, and drawing insights from the customer journey.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
