San Bernardino County & Arrowhead RMC have specific COI requirements that Agency COIs must be updated & reflected in adherence to.

Profile Requirements:
  • Work History going back at least 3 years, if applicable to Assignment
  • Skills Checklist
  • At least '1' supervisor reference included.... 2nd to be obtained during onboarding
  • Licenses & Certifications
  • COVID Vaccination card w/ booster

COVID Vaccination & Booster encouraged, but declinations accepted & MUST be covid tested 2x/week at traveler/agency cost
Requirement description :
  • at least 2+ years of CNA experience
  • experience working in Hospital setting
  • experience in caring for all patients and cases
  • reading tele strips strongly encouraged
  • ability to float to other Units when asked/scheduled
  • EPIC experience a plus

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
  • BLS (AHA)
  • MOAB

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
  • California
