Job Description

Advance U.S. Bank's National Strategic Markets and Affordable Lending objectives by helping to design and execute highimpact business development plans that significantly expand mortgage access across all strategic growth markets.

Develop connections that strengthen consumer and COI engagement models to drive measurable production lift, deepen community partnerships, and advocate awareness with the communities we serve and U.S. Bank employees

Actively engage community organizations to create awareness and access for both consumers and COIs to relevant services and products. Participates in and/or leads local events and partners with community organizations focused on advancing homeownership.

Deliver consistent cross functional and mortgage referrals.

Serves as a resource and coach in assigned market, driving awareness of the tools available to advance homeownership.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to eight years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Advanced knowledge of CRA and Affordable Lending
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Multiple positions are available supporting the West and East Markets. The listed locations indicate where each role can be based to support those markets.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
