You will engage in clinical work directly related to our detox center, where you provide invaluable support to clients on their recovery journeys. • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective therapeutic engagements.
• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments of clients’ mental health status, needs, and risk factors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans, addressing individual client needs and integrating their treatment across various service providers.
• Implement and monitor treatment strategies and interventions, including crisis management protocols, to ensure immediate support in critical situations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including timely reporting and documentation of assessments and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement committees, contributing to the enhancement of service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Uphold safety protocols within the clinical environment and respond proactively to any identified risks.

In this role, you will primarily serve clients who are navigating the challenges of mental illness, addiction, and recovery in a detox facility setting. Your expertise will be critical in providing therapeutic support to individuals facing severe emotional disorders, thereby directly influencing their emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Emphasis will be placed on aiding clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity in our treatment approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, showcasing your skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities and an aptitude for planning.
• Experience with evidence-based practices and a commitment to continuous professional development.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
• Experience working within addiction treatment or detox settings is a strong advantage.
• Prior involvement in quality improvement initiatives or patient care advocacy is beneficial.
