Where You Will Work Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Safford, Arizona on U.S. Highway 191, Morenci operations (an open-pit copper mining complex) has been in continuous operation since 1939. The operation consists of two concentrators, crushed-ore leach pad and stacking system, a low-grade run-of-mine (ROM) leaching system; four SX plants; and three EW tank houses that produce copper cathode

Training Baristas and responsible for the total quality control of the Coffee Shop Reconcile all monies and discrepancies as per Company Policy Manage and maintain equipment in the Coffee Shop Maintain positive customer relations specifically in the Coffee Shop area and throughout the Recreation Center Remain current with all certifications, trends in industry, and safety standards Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing Promote a marketing plan for the ongoing development of the Coffee Shop Conform to established program budget(s), monitor expenditures, and provide assistance for budget development and cost control activities Maintain accurate records of inventory; and resolve discrepancies when they occur Assist in preparation of reports and other evaluation methods Perform other duties as required Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Two (2) years of experience working in Coffee Shop or Restaurant, including lead experience and one (1) year of Customer Service experience Current Food Handlers Certification Preferred High School diploma or GED State issued driver's license Criteria/Conditions Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication Comply with a dress code that prohibits displaying tattoos, piercings in excess of two per ear, and unnatural hair colors, such as blue or pink Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift Work is mostly performed in an indoor setting.
