Overview:

Client is building a greenfield SAP Center of Excellence (COE) after a recent SAP system carve-out. This is a high-ownership role for a senior SAP professional to lead architecture, governance, and production support in a global delivery model. Looking for candidates who can operate as a Lead + Architect + Hands-on SME.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as SAP COE Lead and primary interface with business stakeholders
  • Own end-to-end SAP support (AMS) and system stability
  • Manage full lifecycle: Incident Problem Change Release Production Support
  • Drive solution design, architecture governance, and design approvals
  • Review and validate project designs, enhancements, and integrations
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
  • Lead and manage offshore teams (APAC / South America)
  • Handle production escalations and critical issue resolution
  • Enforce SLA, governance, and best practices

Required Skills:

  • 15+ years of SAP experience (FICO / CO / SD)
  • Strong experience in SAP Production Support / AMS
  • Proven experience as SAP Lead / Architect / COE Lead
  • Hands-on with incident, change, and release management
  • Experience in solution design and architecture governance
  • Strong experience managing offshore teams and vendors
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
